The Team

Within Client Services, we work in self-steering teams consisting of 7-9 employees. The teams are jointly responsible for client requests and KPI’s. Each team has the autonomy, within certain frameworks, to organize how targets are realized. The management is mainly facilitating and guiding. The goal is to create an organization that is able to respond quickly and proactively to internal and external (market) changes and to continuously improve the service to customers. Personal responsibility, initiative and giving feedback are essential elements in this.

Working at Client Services Netherlands means working in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving. We are very ambitious, but we also find it very important that we work together in a pleasant and informal way and that everyone gets the opportunity to get the best out of themselves.

In providing premium service you strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and you respond to the wishes and needs of the customer.
