Business Manager Global ING Hubs COO
ING Hubs Poland is hiring!
We are looking for a committed, highly organized, and delivery-oriented Business Manager to work closely with the COO team. The COO for ING Hubs coordinates and oversees the strategies and initiatives of Change (incl. Transition) and Transformation, Consulting, Service Management & Customer Experience, Process Management, Operational Design Control and Resilience, Reporting& Data Insights and Real Estate& Facility Management (incl. Health and Safety).
We are looking for you if you:
Have a good knowledge of and experience with at least three of the following expertise areas: Strategic planning, Communication, Data analysis, Reporting, Change management, Project Management, Cultural and behavioural awareness
Have a stakeholder oriented approach
Use creativity to come up with fresh ideas and solutions
Places challenges in a broader framework for analysis and judgement
Understand and is able to work within the context of political relationships in the organisation
Have a high degree of accuracy
Are able to work both independent and as a team member. You need to be able to manage your own work and set your own priorities.

Your responsibilities:
The main focus of this role is to support the global COO of ING Hubs and COO team in achieving the key strategic actions and goals that have been set up. This role also contributes to structuring the direction for COO for the next 2-3 years and will work closely with lead experts in the domain and across ING Hubs.
The main activities in scope for this role are the following:
General management:
Constant review and monitor the progress of COO planning and roadmap implementation
Organize twice a year partnership and prioritization sessions with other CoEs and relevant departments within or outside HR
Coordinate COO Dynamic plan and budgets yearly planning
Tracking and monitoring the COO baseline budget
Coordinate the QBR and QPR submissions
Coordinate the Focus areas meetings
Track and monitor the risk and controls associated with the COO function and ensure that there are mitigation actions put in place for each of the identified risks
Act as a liaison between the COO, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives
Data and analytics:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support the COO's decision-making process
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans by providing data-driven recommendations and insights
Coordinate the creation of the storyline for all the initiatives within COO and their positioning in the broader organizational context
