The opportunity
The Center of Expertise (CoE) Brand, Marketing & Communications is looking for a intern of the Business Management & Operations team covering all the departmental financials incl reporting and purchase ordering, procurement, non-financial risk, HR and (change) projects.

The team
As an intern lead you’ll report into the Head of the Business Management and Operations and you’ll be collaborating with a team of five professionals.
At the heart of our CoE Brand, Marketing & Communications department, the Business Management & Operations team is dedicated to empowering our department with seamless and robust processes, sound financial stewardship and strategic risk mitigation.

Roles and responsibilities
- Business Management: being the right hand of the Head of Business Management & Operations and support preparation of meetings.
- Budget management: Helping the experts to monitor and control the marketing budget for ING NL,
- and ordering / invoicing on marketing expenses.

To take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you’ll need:
- Studying in Business Administration or similar.
- Creative way of thinking and innovative mindset combined with a being team player, fun and engaging attitude.
- Passion for the banking business and Marketing, Brand & Communications in particular.
- • Fluent in English speaking and in (copy) writing. Strong communication skills.
