Your responsibilities:
- analyze, determine, develop and deliver of Client Tax Services learnings to support relevant COO staff,
- together with the business owner and relevant stakeholders, regularly analyse the learning needs and create a learning plan,
- produce COO Academy courses on time and aligned with the yearly Learning Plan,
- create engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles, like instructor-led, Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), webinars, video, eLearning etc. with a primary focus on online/VILT Operations content creation. deliver the best quality learning content and impactful learning experiences to our various learning target audiences of the whole COO domain
- work together daily with experts in Client Tax Services, as well as with other Academy learning content developers and trainers,
- organize knowledge transfer sessions with Trainers on the developed content.
- keep an eye out for learning trends and developments, best practices, and innovations relevant to (ING’s) Operations practices,
- process changes and feedback to training content in a timely manner,
- lead in evaluating the learning events and measure the impact, supported by our Learning Experts.
