Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communication Intern to help strengthen communication within our department and ING globally. You will play a key role in designing and implementing communication strategies that keep our team and stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with our goals.
You will be formulating (core) messages, conducting stakeholder management, initiating communication processes, deploying communication tools and gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
The team
Our Process Excellence & Digitalisation department focuses on digitizing and improving global customer processes to deliver seamless, efficient, and innovative experiences. We are passionate about driving operational excellence and creating value for customers worldwide.
You will work in a global team within ING Wholesale Banking, where Customer Journey Experts, Continuous Improvement Experts and IT developers work together on digitalising and improving our global customer processes.

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field
- You have experience in successfully developing communication tools and activities
- You have strong writing and story telling skills
- You have a creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- You are pro-active, organised and result-oriented
