Communications Intern – ING Analytics
The Role
We are looking for a Communications Intern to support ING Analytics’ internal communications, with a strong focus on Copilot adoption and AI related topics. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex subjects into clear, practical messages and supporting day-to-day communication activities.
You will work closely with the ING Analytics communications and Copilot adoption teams on ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Communications Support:
- Support internal communications for ING Analytics
- Draft and edit content for emails, intranet posts, newsletters, and Teams updates
- Copilot Rollout & Adoption Campaigns:
- Support Copilot adoption communications (announcements, tips & tricks, FAQs, updates, learning activities, and training related announcements)
- Translate AI and analytics topics into clear, structured messages with the aim of driving adoption across the organization
- Content & Coordination:
- Support content planning and communication calendars
- Collect input from stakeholders and turn it into concise communication materials
- Keep communication materials up to date and consistent
What We’re Looking For
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
- Strong written English skills; clarity and structure are key
- Interest in AI, analytics, and digital tools
- Skills & Mindset:
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Nice to Have:
- Design and/or video editing skills (e.g. basic visual design, short videos, simple animations)
