Compliance Data & Digitisation Specialist
The team
The IC Data & Digitisation team is part of the extended Integrated Compliance family. We are tasked with bringing automation, efficiency and innovation within the Compliance departments with the use of data, tooling and AI. As a member of the Data and Digitalisation team, you will be responsible for supporting your colleagues and the extended Integrated compliance group with a variety of tasks. This includes administrative responsibility, stakeholder communication and project maintenance. You will work together with experienced colleagues, such as Data Leads, Project managers and various Business analysts who can teach you a lot and give you the freedom to take responsibility. From day one, you will be a full part of the team, provided that you set the bar high and show initiative, just like your colleagues. The role reports directly to the Head of Data & Digitisation - Group Compliance
Roles and responsibilities
Your role is to support the team in every way possible and to be successful together, and to further develop the service to large corporate customers. Your tasks are diverse and include:
Work on roadmaps and deliverables;
Maintain critical to the business and processes MIS;
Preparing management summary documentation;
Help built and present data roadshows, system implementation kick offs & financial overviews.
You provide administrative support in the field of data quality, among other things.

As a Compliance Data & Digitisation Specialist you have the following traits and experience:
A completed Bachelor degree, for example in a Business or Tech related field.
1-3 years of work experience. Relevant work experience is not an absolute requirement, we are mainly interested in your personality, skills and ambition. You will learn all aspects of the banking profession in practice and through the training courses we offer.
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
Eager to learn and develop in a fast moving and challenging environment
