We are building and maturing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capability within Procurement Hub. This is a unique opportunity to influence how contract portfolio management, governance and stakeholder support are delivered across the organization. You will help shape processes, improve governance, build best practices and define the future operating model of CLM.

We are looking for you if you have:
•    5+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Vendor Management.
•    Experience managing contract portfolios and contract lifecycle activities.
•    Knowledge of renewals, amendments, extensions and contract governance.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
•    Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
•    Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
•    Excellent English and experience with contract management systems.


You'll get extra points for:


•    Experience in Financial Services or another regulated industry.
•    Knowledge of DORA, Third Party Risk Management, KYS or supplier governance.
•    Experience improving processes, governance frameworks or operating models.
•    Legal background.


Your responsibilities


Contract Portfolio Management
•    Manage a portfolio of global contracts throughout their lifecycle.
•    Coordinate renewals, amendments, extensions and remediation activities.
•    Ensure contract quality, governance and data accuracy.
•    Prepare forward-looking portfolio reporting to support prioritization, risk visibility and upcoming contract lifecycle decisions.


Stakeholder & Governance Support
•    Partner with Business Contract Owners, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
•    Support governance, compliance and regulatory initiatives.
•    Act as a trusted advisor on contract lifecycle management.
Build the Future of CLM
•    Contribute to the development of the CLM function, standards and governance framework.
•    Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement.
•    Help establish scalable ways of working and portfolio management standards.
•    Support the growth and maturity of the CLM capability across the organization.
