Expert IAM Compliance & Control Specialist

The expected salary for this position: 13000 - 16500 PLN gross

We are looking for you, if you have:
Experience in IAM, IT security or compliance
Understanding of access management concepts and controls
Experience supporting audits (e.g. SOX or similar)
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to drive discussions
Structured approach and attention to detail
Good English (spoken and written)
willingness to work as substitute for a fixed term
You'll get extra points for:
Experience with IAM tools or large-scale environments
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. SOX, DORA)
Experience in control testing or audit coordination
Experience in banking or other regulated environment
Your responsibilities:
Drive and improve IAM control testing across services, including documentation and test quality
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and simplification of controls
Track progress of improvements and ensure timely delivery
Support IAM services in meeting internal standards and external regulations (e.g. PCS, DORA), including implementation of new requirements
Support SOX processes for IAM services, including documentation and test approach improvements
Ensure IAM tools, documentation, and evidence are audit-ready
Coordinate audit activities and support communication between auditors and engineering teams.
Information about the team:
You will join the IAM Champions team, which supports IAM engineers and service owners in building secure and compliant solutions.
The team works between engineering and governance, helping translate requirements into practical controls and improvements. It focuses on control testing, compliance, and audit readiness across IAM services.
You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and auditors, contributing to key initiatives such as central testing, compliance improvements, and audit coordination.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Engineer IV”.
