Global Head of Detection Models & Data Analytics

The expected salary for this position: 22 700 - 40 000 PLN
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field,
- minimum of 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity and analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role,
- demonstrated expertise in driving enterprise-wide transformation involving advanced detection, machine learning, and data analytics,
- experience establishing and leading high-performing, global, cross-functional teams,
- thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the banking sector (e.g., GDPR, SOX, GLBA),
- recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Data Scientist) preferred,
- exceptional strategic, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- transformation leadership: define and execute a multi-year roadmap for the evolution of detection models and analytics, integrating state-of-the-art technologies and practices in response to dynamic cyber threats,
- innovation oversight: spearhead the deployment of next-generation analytics solutions, including machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive threat modeling, fostering a culture of continuous advancement,
- data integration: oversee the strategic consolidation and governance of security data from diverse sources, ensuring robust quality and accessibility for analytic initiatives,
- operational synergy: collaborate at a senior level with the Global Head of SOC, IT, and data science teams to guarantee that analytics solutions are fully embedded in operational workflows, optimizing incident detection and response efficiency,
- capability building: lead, develop, and empower a global team of data scientists, detection engineers, and security analysts, driving skill enhancement and performance excellence,
- performance measurement: establish and monitor key performance indicators that reflect transformation progress, detection capabilities, and value generation for the organization,
- governance & compliance: ensure all analytics initiatives adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements,
- executive communication: present strategic findings, trends, and recommendations to the executive board and senior stakeholders, shaping future cybersecurity investments.

The incumbent will report directly to the Global Head of Security Detection and Response and will work in close partnership with the Global Head of SOC to ensure a seamless and unified approach to security operations and threat detection.
