We are looking for you if:

  • you have capability to manage Business Intelligence and/or advanced reporting demands and priorities,  preferably in a corporate international environment,
  • you have specialist knowledge on Workday Reporting and Security modules,
  • you have outstanding conceptual/analytical skills and can tell stories via data visualization,
  • you are ambitious and have willingness to drive change, the ability to challenge authority and speak up, and strong prioritization and planning skills.

You'll get extra points for:

  • university or equivalent degree preferably in Technology, Economics or Business Management,
  • familiar with human resources practices, processes and organizational structures,
  • advanced functional experience on Workday reporting and security modules,
  • skilled in Business Intelligence solutions (such as Prism, Power BI or Cognos) and O365 tools,
  • excellent consultancy skills and are able to craft findings and recommendations into the business language of your stakeholders,
  • familiarized with Data management roles and responsibilities,
  • senior stakeholder management skills,
  • great team player, able to actively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders for the completion of targets and business demands,
  • fluent in English (speaking and writing),
  • pro-active and detail oriented,
  • presentation and facilitator skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • design, manage, and optimize reporting tools selected by ING ensuring utilization of standardised catalogues and user guidance materials to ensure reports are understood and adopted by the users,
  • develop reporting solutions aligned with security model embedded in Workday, enabling specific users to access data tailored for their needs which also respects the data minimization principle,
  • ensure stakeholders requirements are understood and promptly addressed, developed and managed opportunely,
  • foster an open, collaborative accountability culture within the team. Encourage collaboration with colleagues and other team members and know when to listen, empathize, respond, or act on team input,
  • provide advice on complex questions around reporting and security, dashboards and benchmarking, being able to reconcile data from multiple sources and complying with the key aspects of  data management (governance, protection, retention, quality, etc),
  • ensure implementation of Data Management Process Control Standards and best practices in Global HR, including consumption of data from Data Lakes and introduction of new BI foundation,
  • act as a bridging point (when necessary) between Global HR and key stakeholders, balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.

Information about team:

Amongst other responsibilities, the Global HR Data Management team is accountable for the generation and maintenance of reporting solutions describing Global HR core metrics and processes to facilitate senior management’s data based decision making.

The team includes a group of reporting specialists handling Global HR Data Management Team and other senior stakeholder information requirements, being mainly responsible for:

  • running the Global HR function business intelligence activities for delivery and transformation initiatives;
  • steering the definition of standardized reporting catalogues from Workday (and other tools);
  • deciding on business change requests about reporting.

We are looking for a Global HR Data Consumption and Reporting Specialist who will be part of a team managing the reporting capability in COO People. You are a key person providing (senior) stakeholders reporting solutions on employee data from Global HR Sources of Records, supplying insights that help colleagues and the organization to make better fact based decisions.

Via your constructive, analytical approach and solid communication skills you are able to translate business requirements into suitable and simple dashboards leveraging your knowledge of HR processes and systems.  This means you are capable of design and develop multi-source dashboards and answer ad-hoc queries promptly and accurately, providing information that will be used on strategic, tactical and operational levels on key HR topics like recruitment, turnover, diversity, engagement or organizational structures.
