HR intern in Corporate Staff Department

The team

The Corporate Staff Department is a dynamic team of six dedicated HR Business Partners, led by an inspiring and supportive leader. Together, we provide strategic HR support across key domains, including Risk, Finance, and CEO functions such as Communications, Brand & MarComm, Audit, Sustainability and HR. Our team thrives on diversity, with a well-balanced mix of genders and international backgrounds, bringing a wealth of perspectives to everything we do. Collaboration, expertise, and a people-first mindset define us as we drive impact across the organisation.

Roles and responsibilities
 

  • Contribute to the development of organisational blueprint across the domains
  • Analyse the adjacent departments and provide solutions for optimisation of organisational blueprints
  • Select employees and organise the focus groups to identify areas for improvement that would support the Organisational Health Index Framework
  • Document the findings of the Focus groups and contribute the development of the action plan
  • Contribute to the talent process including scope identification, talent cards creation and follow up on the key actions post the annual cycle (IDP completion etc)
