Intern Customer Journey Expert - Easy Invest product

Working at the Tribe Investments means working in a dynamic environment with a strong growth ambition. We are looking for an Intern within the Easy Invest squad. The challenge is to further grow our customer base and improve the experience for existing users. We will achieve this by optimize the customer journey from start to finish and improving customer engagement.

What you will do

We are looking for an intern who brings fresh ideas, enjoys creating content and has basic knowledge on investments. You will work in a team with Customer Journey experts responsible for the Easy Invest product.

• You will independently investigate how we can improve the communication to potential and existing customers of Easy Invest.
• As a result of your research, you will select the most impactful opportunity and develop a solution. For example, you could create a tool to help customers in deciding how much of their disposable income to invest.

What you bring

• You are passionate about the investments business
• You are capable of performing research independently
• You are able to take it on and make it happen by being proactive & with project management skills
• You are able to independently write customer communication in Dutch
• You are willing to learn how to use our content management system
