Also, we are looking for support to set up a plan of approach to upgrade our client base in Quantexa (QTX) and add any relevant clients currently under Retail Banking (RB).
The team: Specialised Products and Services (SPS)
International and local law require financial institutions to take their responsibility in identifying Financial Economic Crime (FEC) risks, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, export trade controls, proliferation financing, bribery & corruption, tax evasion and controlling integrity risks. Therefore, ING has defined a cohesive and consistent bank-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) framework which defines a set of global KYC standards (i.e. KYC Policy) that is consistently interpreted, compliant by design and underpinned by automated processes and workflow management. The framework is vital in ensuring the integrity of our banking environment and maintaining trust in ING. The requirements are based on laws and regulations, industry standards, as well as ING’s internal risk appetite.
The Specialized Products and Services (TM SPS) team covers monitoring of ING clients’ transactional activity in the Trade Finance, Financial Markets, Correspondent Banking, Payment Service Provider area and is leading the implementation of Quantexa across ING.
Quantexa is a comprehensive tool which leads to contextual and network-based monitoring.
