Intern
Legal ING Netherlands is a department with many different legal focus areas. Product specific focus areas are Payments, Savings, Mortgages, Investments, Insurance, Consumer and Corporate Lending. Other focus areas in the department include Privacy, Digitization and Innovation, Supervisory Law, Seizure and Execution Law, Personal and Family Law, FEC/CDD, and Anti-Fraud.
The team
As an intern, you will spend part of your internship with the Tribe Legal ING Netherlands in the Chapter Bank & Payments. This Chapter's knowledge expertise includes the focus areas: Anti-money laundering and terrorist financing (AML), Payments, Fraud and Daily Banking.
Your focus area will primarily be on customer complaints and related tasks. You will learn about the legal and customer side of the bank and contribute to Legal’s day-to-day work.

We are looking for:
- You are a student at a Dutch University.
- You have relevant work experience, e.g. an internship at a law firm or another financial institution.
- You are a team player with a digital mindset.
- You are positive and proactive, energetic and communicative, creative and skilled and can plan and organize well.
- You carry out assignments accurately.
- You are familiar with the MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
