Are you passionate about AI, data, and sustainability? Join our team to help shape the future of ESG data integration at ING.

As an intern, you will contribute to a strategic initiative focused on aligning local ESG taxonomies with INGs global data standards. This project is critical to ensuring consistent, high-quality ESG data for regulatory reporting and internal modeling purposes.

Roles and responsibilities:

Design an AI-Driven Mapping Approach
Propose an AI-based methodology to automate the mapping between INGs global ESG data framework and local ESG taxonomies. This includes identifying relevant data definitions, data sources, business processes, derivation logic, etc. Pilot the Approach in One Country
Apply the proposed solution to a selected countrys ESG taxonomy. You will work closely with data analysts and ESG domain experts to test the feasibility and accuracy of the mapping process. Evaluate and Recommend
Assess the effectiveness of the pilot, identify limitations, and provide recommendations for scaling the solution across other jurisdictions. Your findings will help determine the broader applicability of the approach within INGs ESG data strategy.
