The team
The UX Design team is part of the Centre of Expertise UX Design & Content and is situated within the Tribe Digital at ING Wholesale Banking. The Tribe Digital has a clear objective: “We make banking digital and seamless for our customers and employees. We enable others to do the same via our digital channels."
Our UX Design team designs for the ingwb.com website, InsideBusiness Portal (our web banking platform), InsideBusiness Service (our employee facing service platform), a mobile app and many other specialized applications throughout the bank. Our customers are external and internal users and are spread over more than 35 countries who use our channels for daily banking, service, finding information and to buy our products.

In this internship, you will be part of the UX Design team. On top of our global ING Design System, we have a Wholesale Banking Design System. We want to further improve our components and patterns, it’s documentation and explore how we can improve in the area of enterprise UX.
Helping to work on actual projects will help you understand the use of our Design System and its challenges. And it will give you a good idea of the complexity of some of our many customer journeys!
