Agile way of working

At BMG delivery we work Agile in DevOps squads whom are fully responsible for their application from A to Z, this means that feedback and fast learning is a critical part of your day to day job. The netting core team is working on one of the two core products of Bank Mendes Gans, named the netting. The team consists of five DevOps engineers, helped by a Product Owner, a Customer Journey Expert and a tester. The team is responsible for two applications, varying in age from 10 to 20 years old. Challenges are to constantly improve the applications while also delivering business value, as well as rebuilding one of the applications into the new software architecture (service based, web component frontend). The applications are being deployed from an Azure DevOps pipeline to ICHP 2.0.
