IT Integrator I
You’ll be part of the Customer & Data domain, working in a dynamic environment with multiple squads and integrators. Collaboration is key — you’ll coordinate across teams and help deliver meaningful solutions that support ING’s technology initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities
As an IT Integrator I, you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth delivery of features and small-scale projects. You’ll work closely with squads, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned with business needs. You will be involved in:
- Delivery Support: Plan and coordinate the delivery of technical projects.
- Project Coordination: Manage small IT delivery projects or streams, from initiation to execution. Ensure timelines, scope, and dependencies are clear and well-managed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and smooth cooperation.
- Agile Facilitation: Promote agile ways of working and help teams stay focused on customer value.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
How to succeed

What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1+ year of experience in IT delivery or coordination
- Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and agile methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- University degree (Bachelor’s level) in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Even better if you have:
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Exposure to IT integration, feature delivery, or roadmap planning • Familiarity with ING’s tech landscape or banking domain
