IT Proficient .Net / C# developer
ING Hubs Poland is hiring!
We are looking for you, if you have:
- proficient understanding with .Net / C# programming language,
- demonstrable experience producing reusable code components,
- 5+ years of software engineering experience on .Net / C# development, including development of plug-ins, Restful API, supporting libraries,
- experience with using Python to deliver production grade code,
- experience in creating CI/CD pipelines (i.e., Azure DevOps, GitHub),
- experience with SQL server (Oracles, MS SQL) for storing and retrieving data,
- you think of security and failure during the design stage,
- you have a learning attitude. Not only to master new technologies and programming languages, but also on a personal level. You can give and receive feedback,
- you help others to be successful.
You'll get extra points for:
- a Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics or comparable working experience,
- experience in the financial industry,
- passion for the reactive programming,
- open-Source contributions / active GitHub profile,
- familiarity with functional programming,
- knowledge of ING in-house frameworks for developing back-end services using containers,
- knowledge of Security Principles,
- knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development).

Our strategic direction is that we build the future of Wholesale Banking for our customers and employees. We create a fast, seamless, personalized & Data driven Digital Lending Xperience to become the best digital Wholesale bank.
The tribe consists of three area’s; 1) Area Client Offering & Investors, 2) Area Client Services & Reporting and 3) Area Expert Squads. This position is within for the IT Area 2 in Client Offering & Investors focussing on the credit rating and providing the financial insight with the challenge to develop the next generation of the applications supporting our users.
You will focus predominantly on the extension of the risk rating applications to support the global rollout. Secondly to support the area to achieve full automated delivery of software changes.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III".
