IT Service Coordinator (Engineer)

With the Banking Technology you will work in the Global Data Sevices department, delivering data services for ING worldwide.

You as Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing customer needs in a global environment. This involves creating and implementing a customer interaction plan, answering customer questions, and resolving issues and impediments for the squad. You are working closely with the service manager to deliver global data services, ensuring the service levels are met and reporting regularly on them. Next to that you are guiding with our squads to manage the IT Risk of our IT landscape and helping them in regards to ITIL and Agile practices.
Your essential duties and responsibilities
- Creating and implementing customer interaction plan
- Answers customer questions
- Resolving issues and impediments
- Deliver the global services and ensuring service levels are met
- Regular reporting on service levels
- Manage IT Risk of the IT Landscape
- Coach the squads in Agile and ITIL methodologies
