Junior IT Support

We are looking for you, if you:

• have a base knowledge in: Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS & hardware,
• have base knowledge of computer networks, GPO, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server,
• are ready to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in the office, with the rest remotely) in our offices in Warsaw,
• are focused on a business customer needs,
• have creative approach to problem solving,
• have ability to multi-task,
• are engaged, open-minded and communicative.

English level - B2.

You'll get extra points for:

• M365 and InTune knowledge,
• experience in operating systems troubleshooting,
• Agile/scrum approach.

Your responsibilities:

• Office IT support,
• IT systems maintenance,
• Coordination of international IT Workplace projects.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer I”.
