You will be working from our office in Rotterdam (or hybrid). This position includes night shifts, late shifts, and weekend duties.
- Incident Management: As an Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring incidents are picked up in time and dispatched to the responsible teams. Roles and responsibilities
Your role in the team will be solving incidents (as first time fix) and if you can solve the incident by yourself you will dispatch the incident to the correct solving team (as first time right). If no first time fix or first time right is possible, analyse the incident why this was not possible and update the knowledge database for future incidents.

- Incident Analysis: Deliver structural solutions and support consumers in using standardized infrastructure services.
