Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally. 

 

We are looking for you if you: 

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software, experience with data analysis tools and sustainability reporting tools is a plus 

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations 

  • Ability to analyse data, interpret results, and provide actionable insights 

  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and effective communication among team members and stakeholders 

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to identifying issues and developing practical solutions 

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in supporting project leads 

  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks 

  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team 

 

You'll get extra points for: 

  • Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in similar role in the field of transformation office, project management and/or communication management  

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects to ensure timely delivery. 

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to inform decision-making and reporting on initiatives. 

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations. 

  • Coordinate meetings, distribute updates, and manage correspondence to facilitate communication among leads and stakeholders. 

  • Research best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations. 

  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking project metrics and progress toward goals. 

  • Prepare materials for stakeholder engagement and manage feedback. 

  • Provide administrative support, including file organization and handling routine inquiries. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives, with a particular emphasis on organizing Town Halls, Procurement Labs, and other global communication events. 

  • Oversee the global procurement SharePoint site, ensuring content owners are supported in maintaining accurate, current, and relevant information. 

 

Information about the squad: 

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our international procurement Poland Hubs team, providing direct support to the Strategy and Excellence team within the Global Procurement function. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Strategy & Excellence to execute and operationalize high-profile initiatives, while taking ownership of communication management across global procurement.
