We’re growing our Procurement team at ING Hubs Poland – and we’re looking for someone just like you! If you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and want to make a real impact on how we manage sourcing and contracts globally, this could be your next step.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are experienced in managing sourcing projects in Professional Services (e.g. HR, Legal, Marketing, Travel, Consulting),
  • Have a good understanding of the full procurement lifecycle – from market research to contract signing,
  • Have strong negotiation skills and a fact-based approach,
  • Are familiar with legal aspects of procurement and contract management,
  • Have a proactive, independent working style,
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) – B2/C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • Having a procurement certification (e.g. CIPS, Nevi) or
  • Experience with regulatory topics like DORA, EBA, or GDPR.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFP, e-auctions, negotiations),
  • Analyze suppliers and support decision-making with tools like TCO and scenario analysis,
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with ING’s policies and legal standards,
  • Work closely with Legal and Risk teams to ensure compliance,
  • Support vendor relationship management and performance tracking,
  • Help improve procurement processes and contribute to ESG goals.
