Learning & Development Specialist
In this role you will play a crucial role in driving a successful delivery of high impact training programs for the Client Services (CS) NL organization and work closely with project team members to ensure that new ways of working and training are effectively implemented across the Area’s within CS NL.
The team
The Central Center of Expertise (CCoE CS NL) within ING Domestic Bank Netherlands is involved in change processes towards our internal business partners. In the CCoE we have a team of 20 experts divided in 5 expertise teams; Change experts, Reporting & Analytics, Complaint Management and Support teams User Access and Learning Employee Experts. By centrally addressing these changes, we contribute to an excellent employee and customer experience.
Roles and responsibilities
In this role, you ask the right questions to relevant stakeholders, and you are able to identify relevant learning needs. As a didactic sparring partner for the relevant stakeholders, you enjoy switching between a helicopter view and detailed analysis and you feel at ease in discussions with all levels within the organization. Within the CCoE we are very hands-on and believe in leading by example.
Liaise with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and on how to effectively address learning needs;
Impact analysis and learning strategy mapped by domain;
Create and maintain a training needs skills matrix centered on the training requirements of clients within CS NL (Work Force Strategy);
Collaborate with project teams and relevant stakeholders (business, COO Academy) to develop training content and ensure effective implementation strategies;
Coordinate delivery process of training content and learning materials;
Linking appropriate data points to optimise the progress of learning interventions;
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust approach accordingly, leveraging a variety of adoption KPIs and feedback mechanism;

A bachelor's degree;
5 years relevant HR Learning & Development expertise, with a solid foundation in personnel development, training, and growth planning is required, preferably in a large-scale organization;
Effective stakeholder management skills; which includes the ability to effectively influence internal/external parties;
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills;
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
Proven experience in independently and successfully carrying out project-based activities and that you have a self-starting way of working;
When making interpersonal decisions, you can be strategic and tactical;
You are a dynamic, creative, and self-assured communicator and facilitator;
You are proactive, adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere;
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and in writing.
