We are looking for you, if you have:

  • the ability to craft efficient SQL queries for data manipulation and insightful report generation,
  • a minimum of two years of experience in MS SQL database including the creation, modification, and optimization of database structures.ion for tackling complex problems,
  • programming prowess, encompassing both the development of new code and the enhancement of existing code to boost performance and functionality,
  • strong analytical skills and a passion for tackling complex problems,
  • a results-driven approach, with a dedication to upholding high standards and delivering quality work,
  • very good communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas, facts, and opinions clearly and concisely.

English level - B2

You'll get extra points for:

  • advanced data analysis capabilities, particularly with PowerBI,
  • proficiency in C# or Visual Basic, enabling the creation of sophisticated applications and database management scripts,
  • a proactive mindset and a penchant for taking initiative,
  • wxperience with Continuous Integration pipelines, especially Azure.

Your responsibilities:

  • maintain MSSQL databases, develop application code, generate reports, and resolve issues related to application malfunctions,
  • participation in projects and discussions aimed at initiating actions to improve the service,
  • ensure security compliance by preparing audit evidence and staying abreast of security standards.

Information about the squad:
We offer a replacement contract. In this role, you will become part of the DevOps team, maintaining and supporting applications that are integral to the Identity and Access Management suite utilized by ING employees globally. Our applications leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Windows, Azure DevOps, RHEL, MSSQL DB, OneIdentity Software, and are seamlessly integrated with ING's Private Cloud services.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
