As an OPS Engineer

• You are an engineer who achieved proficiency or mastery in infrastructure management, and you are passionate about helping others grow in their craftsmanship.
• Together with your team members - you ensure the quality of the work delivered via sprints, and end-responsible for delivering and maintaining your product IT assets: high quality, reliable, secure, and well documented.
• You are data-driven, passionate about “measuring what matters”, actively developing actionable-metrics to be used by your colleagues & stakeholders making fact-based decisions.
• You always have the customer in mind and continuously assessing the customer value & impact. Together with your team you actively strive to increase our business value delivery.
• You energize, motivate, train, and guide your team members to increase their knowledge level and contribution, ensuring they grow in the discipline your Chapter represents.
• You have deep knowledge & experience in IT Risk & Security and keep yourself sharp by joining security-oriented conferences and seminars.
• You, along with your team members, can manage an infrastructure of above 300 virtual servers and serve other squads with their regular infrastructure related requests.
• You are responsible for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Ansible and Azure.
