Personal Assistant – Integrated Risk

As a Personal Assistant in our Integrated Risk organisation, you’ll play a key role in keeping two of our team leads supported, informed and set up for success. The teamYou will support two team leads within the Integrated Risk Management Team, working closely with the Business Manager and two fellow Personal Assistants. Together, you help ensure that the department runs efficiently, with clear communication, strong collaboration and well‑coordinated processes. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who value professionalism, reliability and a proactive mindset, and you’ll contribute to a team that plays an essential role in strengthening risk management across ING.
Roles and responsibilitiesIn this role, you take ownership of a broad range of organisational and administrative activities. You will:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments
Organise meetings, workshops and internal/external events
Support administrative processes, including onboarding, organisational changes and expense claims
Coordinate office services and liaise with internal departments
Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and represent ING professionally
Provide timely support for unexpected or ad hoc tasks

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who brings:
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Experience with complex calendar management, travel planning and administrative tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiar with ING systems such as Workday, iBuy, One Identity
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
Excellent communication abilities and discretion when handling confidential information
A proactive and flexible mindset, able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities
A solution‑oriented approach, with creativity in overcoming obstacles
