Personal Assistant - Lead ING Houses & Servicepoints
For the Areas ING Houses & Servicepoints (part of Tribe Daily Banking & Mobile Led) we are looking for an experienced and proactive assistant. You will be working for the Product Area Lead Business Continuity & Development and the Lead ING Houses & Servicepoints.
What you will doing:
Calendar management: on a day-to-day basis scheduling appointments and pro-actively managing the calendar: assessing priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointments.
Event and meeting planning, including preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting documents.
You will respond to questions or forward them to the right persons in the Tribe or the organization.
Circulating information correctly and in a timely manner.
Handling organizational, logistics and facilitating activities for all business and social events, business trips, meetings, lunches, receptions, anniversaries etc.
Performing all kinds of administrative tasks (e.g. Workday, Workplace, AccesBadge, Company Info, Meeting Select).
Create financial requests and approve invoices in our financial system (Ibuy – EProfit).
Taking care of the Transitory monthly.
Request- and approving requests for access for different IT-systems and business roles (One-Identity).
Replacing the personal assistant of the Tribe Lead Daily Banking & Mobile-Led by absence.

Furthermore, you have/are:
An MBO+/HBO level of professional and intellectual ability, preferably with a secretarial qualification.
2+ years of relevant work experience as a personal assistance at this level within ING or the same level in a similar organization.
Dutch speaking and have enough knowledge of English (in speaking and writing).
Familiar with the use of MS Office and Outlook
Representative, honest, loyal, a good teamplayer, enthusiastic and socially minded, customer & service-oriented, discrete, precise and capable of handling confidential information.
Can work effectively both independently and in a team.

This position is based in Amsterdam (location Acanthus, Bijlmerdreef 24) but working from home, maximum half of the working hours, is possible. You will need to be easily visible and accessible (also online) to customers and colleagues. The starting date is the 1st of September.
