Personal Assistant - Purpose & Strategy
We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant who can plan and organize effectively and has an eye for detail. Do you find it important to deliver the best performance in your work every day, to unburden your team and to arrange everything down to the last detail. Then this role is for you!
The Team
In this position, you will support the Purpose & Strategy team, currently consisting of a Lead and two experts. You work together with other Personal Assistants with whom you form a (functional) team.
The primary work location is Acanthus/Amsterdam-Zuidoost.
Roles and responsibilities
Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments.
Organising meetings and internal/external events.
Processing and storing conversation and using AI to make initial analyses.
Ensuring that the team is well prepared for the variety of daily activities.
Supporting administrative processes such as onboarding, changes and expense claims
Drafting correspondence and maintaining communication channels
Assisting with special projects from preparation to execution
Managing confidential documents and databases
Coordinating office services and liaising with internal departments
Managing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, representing ING in a professional manner.
Ensuring internal and external stakeholders (branch organisations, politicians, ministries, colleagues, NGPs) are properly provided with the right information.
You communicate effectively and handle confidential information with discretion.
You are creative, solution-oriented, proactive, flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
You are a team player and have effective and professional collaboration skills

We are looking for the following knowledge and experience:
5+ years of demonstrable work experience in a management support position
Excellent organizational skills
Empathy; being able to empathize with the work and what is required of the team
Proactive; the ability to prioritize tasks and ask questions
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Co-pilot (a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
