Personal Assistant to Head of Collections NL

Your responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Tribe Lead, including schedule management, organising meetings.
- Taking care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, expense management.
- Drafting correspondence and maintaining effective communication channels, including creating internal/external stakeholder communications.
- Assist in the execution of special projects, from research and planning to execution and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate (corporate) events, managing logistics and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise and maintain confidential files, documents and databases, ensuring accessibility and security.
- Coordinate office services, such as IT/helpdesk, personnel etc.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients and colleagues, representing Collections in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve issues effectively, exercising sound judgement and discretion in decision making.
- Provide ad hoc support as required for unforeseen tasks outside the normal scope.
How to succeed
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional? You have exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
You are proactive in problem-solving and can adapt well to changing priorities. You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, are creative in finding solutions, and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
About you:
- Current residency in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English (written as well as spoken).
- + 3-5 years of experience as an personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
- Experience in project management, event planning, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Proficient use of strategic communication tools, including the preparation of presentations, reports and visuals.
- Familiarity with office software and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
- The ability & willingness to work in/travel to both Amsterdam & Leeuwarden (base location to be defined based on candidate residential location).

- An excellent base salary in scale 7 (€ 2,712 - € 4,541 gross per month based on 36 hours).
- The salary is tailored to your qualities and experience.
- 32 - 36 hour workweek.
