Project Manager [Replacement Contract]

The expected salary for:
Senior specialist position: 9600 - 15 000 PLN
Expert position: 13 000 - 19 000 PLN

We are looking for you if:
- you have proven experience in project / programme / change / transition management (Portfolio of delivered changes required),
- your English is at C1 level, you are a strong and fluent communicator,
- you have interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
- you are able to effectively maintain relationships with stakeholders and business partners,
- you know how to steer issue resolution, and you propose solutions to solve them focusing on project objectives,
- you have very good knowledge of Power Point and Excel.
Additionally, you will score for:
- Hands-on, leading by doing – not afraid to get into the details without losing bigger picture, focus on getting things done,
- Experience in rolling out services for the banking industry,
- Analytical skills - you quickly find the core problem,
- Experience with complex stakeholder environment,
- Certification in Project / Programme/ Change Management.
Your responsibilities:
- you will orchestrate the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Tribes, Functions, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business.
- project and programme management - you bring people together to work on strategic and complex change objectives; plan and manage the delivery of projects having focus on delivery to make changes happen, you manage dependencies, you have strong facilitation skills to lead project meetings,
- stakeholder management – you develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to enable the successful execution of complex and strategic change, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice,
- risk management – manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these where appropriate. You maintain risk log and propose mitigation actions,
- budget and procurement - you proactively manage project costs, contracts, you follow ING project frameworks.

The CoE Change and Consultancy team is part of the COO and is responsible for the delivery of key projects and transformation initiatives across the business. We are a group of change execution experts and strategic consultants. The Change CoE focuses on:
- leading transformation programs and projects,
- supporting leaders in building a high‑performing organization.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Change Expert III” or "Change Expert IV"
