Research & Insights Intern
As a Research & Insights intern, you will support the Media, Analytics, and Insights team in recommending, planning and executing market research that deepens our understanding of consumer attitudes, beliefs and motivations. You will work with insights from both global research programs and non‑traditional data sources to develop a holistic view of consumers, gaining hands‑on experience and strengthening your research and analytical skills in a fast‑paced environment.

The Team
You will join the Media, Analytics & Insights team within the Global Brand, Marketing & Communications team. The Global Brand & Marcomm ambition is to establish a truly differentiating and effective brand across all markets and business lines that we operate in. The team currently consists of an Expert Lead Media, Analytics & Insights, three Research & Insights Experts and one MarTech Expert.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with Research & Insights Experts within the team to support our global research programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in setting up, managing and executing market research projects, in close collaboration with research team members and key stakeholders.
- Advise and collaborate with cross-team stakeholders on their market research needs and objectives.
- Summarize and communicate research findings, turning data into appealing visuals that highlight key messages and insights.
- Partner with external vendors, such as research agencies and consultancies.
- Connect research findings to other sources (analytics, media, social listening) to widen the findings and the scope of your insights.

To take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Research, Marketing or other relevant fields.
- Preferred research experience in market/consumer insights, brand and communications.
- Solid understanding of research fundamentals (e.g., sample representativeness, questionnaire design, statistics).
- Strong analytical skills, with hands‑on experience analyzing data tables and creating clear reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. R, Python) and dashboarding tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Project management skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
