Senior Cloud Storage Engineer
Our team is looking for a Senior Cloud Storage Engineer with programming skills.
In this role you will be managing existing Object/File storage platforms, as well as driving new builds of Object/File storage platforms.
You will be working as Platform Reliability Engineer with the team which builds automation processes, observability and alerting for storage platforms, as well as control plane APIs which facilitate management of Buckets, Namespace and File shares.
The team
You will join diverse team of young and experienced engineers who manage existing Cloud Storage platforms such as ECS and NAS.
The team follows DevOps way of working and is managing existing platforms as well as building new features using API in Golang.
In this role you will be working closely with this team and building newer storage solutions such as Minio. Think of this as building Amazon S3/Google Drive for the bank.
Roles and responsibilities
You will be require the following skills:
8 + Years of managing and building cloud platforms
Managing Change Lifecycles of Data and Control planes for Object and File storage
Strategizing SDLC Lifecycles of Control planes (APIs) for Object and File storage.
Documenting platform features for consumers
Building and Designing API features
Supporting the Control and Data planes after Go-Live using SRE best practices
Understanding Risk and implementing Security Processes for Object and File storage platforms
Contributing to keep Risk Profile (or Risk Advice) under control

Stand-by shifts
