Senior Physical Security Business Control Officer

We are looking for you, if you have:

• practical knowledge of physical security systems / processes,
• good knowledge in risk management and risk analysis systems,
• incident management experience,
• at least basic audit knowledge and skills,
• good analytic and planning skills,
• good communication skills.

English Level: B2/C1

You'll get extra points for:

• higher education (preferably in physical security related areas),
• ability to work for multiple projects at the same time,
• proactivity, independence in action and the ability to generate ideas for process improvement,
• experience in banking or IT sector,
• certifications in physical security: Physical Security Professional (PSP), International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO),
• IT Security certification (i.e. CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 31000).

Your responsibilities:

• design, implementation and validation within Physical Security Management Framework (i.e. Poland, Netherlands, India),
• preparing security procedures, processes,
• preparing and coordination of physical security exercises (checks, audits) and reviews,
• managing physical and personal security risk level within multiple entities,
• validation of evidences, supporting stakeholders with enhancing quality of evidences (processes),
• reporting of risk level, test results, current issues etc. (path of green preparation),
• supporting local CERT in security incident response,
• business travels when required (conferences, audits).
