Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement and Procurement NL local team, and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally. 

 

We are looking for you if you: 

  • Have university degree or equivalent preferably in (supplier-) risk management and supplier related regulation 

  • Have 3-7 years of experience in EU supplier related regulations (and corresponding legislation) such as (a.o.) DORA, OCIR Resolution, Privacy Data, IT Security Risk, ESG/Sustainability, Employee Screening, Supplier Screening and Business Partner Due Dilligence, Data Management. Other risk areas included are Anti Corruption and Bribery (ABC) and Financial Economic Crime 

  • Also the translation of above topics into corresponding company policies, entreprise risk management, risk governance, risk dashboarding & reporting, issue management, risk assessments, process management, risk & procurement data analysis, risk & procurement data analytics and data visualization and preferably in an international organization 

  • Have strong presentation (building and delivery) skills for the audience of NL senior stakeholders on behalf of MT Procurement NL, and the ability to build clear and concise insights for various stakeholders 

  • Have strong technical project management and coordinating skills, strong AI (prompting) and data management skills, Excel, Powerpoint, as well as PBI dashboards and similar data visualization tool

  • Have experience in working with global and local country stakeholders  translating business questions into analytical problems and deliver clear data driven answers

  • Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments

  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity

  • Demonstrated action-list-driven way of working 

  • Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks  

  • Have very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1) 

 

You'll get extra points for: 

  • Familiarity with Procurement and regulatory related dashboards or Financial industry 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate oversight and data analysis on the areas of work as described in this vacancy for Procurement NL 

  • Lead and support implementation of the ING Procurement Policy towards NL business 

  • The role will also be responsible for maintaining oversight of suppliers in scope of the ING global Know Your Supplier process for Procurement NL, and monitoring follow-up where applicable. 

  • Drive improvement on identified gaps 

  • Perform continuous gatekeeping at a local NL country level for the described areas of work  

  • Work closely together with the Data Analyst allocated to the local Procurement NL team  

  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and monitor KPIs and metrics to support business performance and decisions 

  • Translate business requirements into data dashboards and maintain them across  

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and provide analytical support 

  • Identify data quality issue and collaborate with other global departments to solve them 

  • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies and assumptions 

  • Maintain oversight, in close cooperation with the Data Analyst for Procurement NL, of related tasks and risks, including: Control Testing, iRisk administration, User Access Management, Record Retention deletion, End User Computing, Buyright User Group, ESG, Procurement Pipeline, and corresponding KPIs. Working closely with the Procurement NL  Fron Office - Risk & Compliance officer

  • Act as the Procurement Netherlands Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to NL stakeholders for the regulatory and risk areas of work as described in this vacancy, including a.o. Privacy Office, ROPA, CDO/Record Retention, Data Insights User Group, Regulatory Program SPOC (e.g. DORA, ITRS), and Group Procurement.

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Policies & Procedures Expert to join our international team. In this role, you will be supporting the NL Procurement Team in providing visibility to a wider audience of NL business stakeholders and Global Procurement stakeholders
