If you can call one part of ING its heart, it is the works councils. All important changes within the organization are discussed here. And you are at the center of it all. Together with your colleagues you help the heart of ING, the works council, to work most efficiently and effectively. You also play a large role in organizing high-level events.

Teamwork beyond the scope of this team is necessary for success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
The day-to-day support of the Employee Council is a big and important part of your work. These activities are diverse, ranging from organizing events for more than 60 people to administrative work such as publishing documents and working on communications for all employees within ING NL. In all your work, you are the linking pin between the many different stakeholders and are responsible for making sure everyone works in a uniform way. Your colleagues of Works Council Relations will help you at each step of the way.
Contacts, Guidance, Support and Meetings
Your primary contacts will be your two WCR colleagues, Jacquelien Hottentot and Ellysa Faillace. They will provide you with guidance throughout your internship, including regular feedback sessions and opportunities for training in agile working methods and stakeholder management.
