Trade Finance and Distribution Expert

Drive the distribution of complex trade finance solutions across global markets
We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Associate/Vice President to join a growing Trade Distribution team within a leading international bank.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of origination, structuring, and distribution of trade finance assets, helping to optimize portfolio performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including banks, investors, and corporate clients—to bring complex transactions to market.
Your impact
- Structure and distribute trade finance solutions, including Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance transactions
- Drive portfolio optimization, using techniques such as syndication, sell-downs, and credit risk mitigation
- Support and lead client engagements, including pitches and RfP processes
- Build relationships with financial institutions and investors to expand distribution capacity
- Coordinate cross-functional execution, working with teams across sales, risk, legal, and product management.
- Contribute to developing scalable processes and innovative transaction structures

Your profile
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive outcomes
- Solid stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making

- Proactive and ownership-driven, with a hands-on mindset
Experience & skills
- ~7+ years of experience in banking, finance, or structured / working capital solutions
- Experience in loan syndication, distribution, or structured finance
- Understanding of capital optimization techniques (e.g. sell-downs, insurance, participations)
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Master’s degree, preferably in (Business) Economics, (Quantitative) Finance
- Fluent in English
