Business Intelligence Engineer
We are looking for you, if you:
- have experience in building interactive Power BI dashboards and know data visualization best practices,
- are able to collect and analyze business requirements, and demonstrate delivered solution to the international stakeholders,
- worked with the data from various data sources SQL Server Database, SharePoint, JSON, Flat files, Excel, APIs etc.,
- know how to cleanse and prepare the data to build efficient data models,
- worked with Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server and have experience in dashboard access administration,
- have familiarity in Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric,
- worked in the Agile organization,
- are willing develop and improve Business Intelligence environment.
You’ll get extra points for:
- Microsoft certification in one of the following domains: Power BI, MS Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineering, Azure Administration,
- familiarity of Azure (including Azure Automation), Azure DevOps, ServiceNow,
- some Data Engineering or Data Science background,
- the ability to proactively introduce improvements and innovations,
- ability to find alternative solutions,
- attention to details,
- being an open minded person, eager to learn, face new challenges and develop cooperation with colleagues from other ING Group units.
Your responsibilities:
- extract, clean, engineer, visualize, and analyze data,
- perform exploratory data analysis,
- interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for both service and user experience growth,
- communicate and collaborate with teams and engineers to improve service strategy,
- develop reports, presentations, and dashboards using relevant tools, especially Power BI.
