We are looking for you, if you:

  • have minimum of 2 years’ experience with MSSQL,
  • have knowledge of Power BI,
  • have knowledge of Business Intelligence,
  • have knowledge of DAX, SSAS, SSRS,
  • have knowledge how work with database performance improvements (executions plans, monitor system performance, parameter sniffing),
  • have knowledge of Azure (code deploy, version management),
  • have good communication (the need to collect and respond to the requirements to business),
  • are a team player,
  • are able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

English level – minimum B2.

You'll get extra points for:

  • knowledge of QRM, or the methodologies behind the tool,
  • knowledge of environment monitoring tools (Elastic Search, Grafana, Kibana),
  • basic knowledge of any programming language (preferred C#, python),
  • experience with orchestration (UAC, Ansible),
  • experience with orchestration with Powershell,
  • experience in IT Security and/or IT Risk,
  • willingness to gain experience in TECH or Financial Risk management - this offer is also addressed to you,
  • being familiar with SOX, ITRMP,
  • experience in banking environment,
  • knowledge of Windows systems (logs and performance monitoring),
  • ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software problems,
  • understanding of, or at least interested in the following: Deployment processes in CDaaS and cloud environments, an Agile/Scrum way of working.

Information about the squad:

Experienced team operating in three locations Poland and Netherlands, supports the QRM application from the business and technical side,

The application currently uses over 240 servers based on Windows Server, MSSQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, HPC, PowerBI. Dedicated tools created in ING are the main purpose of testing (but also changes introduced by the vendor).

Our team participates in the development of the application, supports the solutions provided by Vendor, and develops operational concepts. We work directly with business, respond to requirements, but also report our needs and implement them. Employee development is as important to us as supported systems (in each sprint you have time for training / learning), you will get wide access to sources of knowledge and training, both internal and external (certified and run by experienced employees). As a new employee you will be under the care of a selected experienced employee.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
