Recruitment and Onboarding Trainee

• want to gain experience in the area of recruitment and onboarding,
• are communicative and proactive in action,

• are characterized by great work organization and self-reliance.

You'll get extra points for:

• experience in the area of HR (especially in recruitment and/or onboarding process)
• ability to work under time pressure,
• highly developed communication skills.

Your responsibilities:

• comprehensive support of recruitment and onboarding process such us:
• Onboarding organization, hosting new joiners, administration
• contacting Candidates and scheduling interviews
• handling tickets
• events participation
• general administration and support of Recruitment Team
• participation in HR projects

From organizing onboarding sessions and conducting interviews to supporting Global HR projects, we make sure everything runs seamlessly.
