Do you want to make impact in the daily lives of over 1 million customers?  Within ING Tech Domestic Bank Netherlands, we have an opening for an experienced IT Integrator with broad expertise in large-scale change programs, international collaboration, and vendor management.

Our products and services are technology-driven and delivered by over 2,000 engineers across the Netherlands, Romania, India, and the Philippines. Tech DBNL operates across multiple domains including Products, Omnichannel, Payments, Cards & Cash, Core Banking & Advisory, and Customer & Data with CISO and Architecture as key functions within the Tech DBNL management team.

Each domain is led by an IT Lead (250–400 FTE). You will be working in the domain of Payments, Cards & Cash.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • The IT Integrator role focuses on the management, planning, and coordination of complex initiatives. It combines strong technical knowledge with project leadership to act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • The role focuses on planning and coordination of change initiatives that span multiple tribes, products, domains, or teams, including global initiatives, and ensures effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • The IT Integrator develops an overarching IT implementation plan and ensures that impacted squads across product areas and tribes are aware of technical dependencies, enabling them to prioritize work appropriately.
  • Coordinates end-to-end IT execution, including dependency management and end-to-end testing.
  • In close collaboration with primary stakeholders, the IT Integrator identifies interdependencies and estimates for epics and features, translating these into a consolidated IT implementation plan and establishes program governance.
  • The IT Integrator provides frequent and structured status reporting on IT changes to various organizational levels.
  • Owns end-to-end delivery for smaller changes; for larger programs, aligns responsibilities closely with the Change Expert.

  • Atleast 5 years experience of program management with internal/external stakeholder management
  • Atleast 3 years Experience with Payments (preferably Credit Transfer, Cards, Cash). 
  • Proven experience in IT delivery (Data lake, datamanagement, kafka)
  •  Technical understanding of system chains Not hands‑on coding, but able to understand how critical systems connect, especially in payments.
  • Experienced in working with cross‑functional teams and bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements, goals, and solutions are clearly defined
  • Understand both the technical parts of the application chain and the customer point of view .
  • Have strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactively address gaps in communciation to prevent project delays  and ensure team alignment 
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail and experience with complex IT landscape.   
  • Experience with project governance, including implementation plans, status reports, deployment runbooks, test plan and coordination and project closure.
