Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Have 4-5 years of experience in Procurement area at tactical level and preferably in an international financial services provider organization
  • Are experienced in running sourcing projects in Professional Services (e.g. HR, Legal, Marketing, Travel, Consulting),
  • Have strong negotiation skills based on data and facts,
  • Are confident working with contracts – drafting, reviewing, and negotiating,
  • Have an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Are have proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1)

You'll get extra points for:

  • Certifications like CIPS or Nevi
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, EBA, GDPR)

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI, RFP, e-auctions, negotiations),
  • Analyze markets and suppliers, evaluate proposals, and support decision-making,
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with ING’s policies and legal standards,
  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to ensure compliance,
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance,
  • Support ESG initiatives and contribute to Procurement strategy development.

Information about the squad:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing & Contract Manager for Professional Services to join our international team. In this role, you will be supporting the Global Professional Service Category Team. The role will be accountable for defining needs, researching the market, running sourcing events, managing suppliers, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for sourcing execution across assigned spend categories, managing contracts, and driving significant year-on-year cost improvements.
