Specialist – Procurement Data Analyst
Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.
We are looking for you if you:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science and economics or related field
Have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, data analytics, and data visualization and preferably in an international organization
Have strong technical background in SQL and data elaboration, as well as PBI dashboards and similar data visualization tool,
You have experience in working with global stakeholders – translating business questions into analytical problems and deliver clear data driven answers,
Have an ability to build clear and concise insights for various stakeholders,
Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1)
You'll get extra points for:
Familiarity with Procurement and regulatory related dashboards or Financial industry
Your responsibilities:
Data collection & Analysis: gather and validate data from multiple systems, databases and other sources
Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and monitor KPIs and metrics to support business performance and decisions
Translate business requirements into data dashboards and maintain them across
Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and provide analytical support
Support data governance efforts by ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness
Identify data quality issue and collaborate with other global departments to solve them
Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies and assumptions
Maintain oversight of all procurement Netherlands-related tasks and risks, including: Control Testing, iRisk administration, User Access Management, Record Retention deletion, End User Computing, Buyright User Group, ESG, Procurement Pipeline, and KPIs. Working closely with the Procurement Risk & Compliance officer.
Act as the Procurement Netherlands Data Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Privacy Office, ROPA, CDO/Data Steward, Data Insights User Group, Regulatory Program SPOC (e.g. DORA, ITRS), and Group Procurement.

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Data Analyst to join our international team. In this role, you will be supporting the NL Procurement Team in providing visibility to a wider audience of stakeholders. The role will be accountable for data requirements collections, delivering dashboards and secure data quality.
